How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings in the app, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete Account." All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

Why is my score different each time?

Lighting, angle, and camera quality affect your score. For the most consistent results, use natural lighting, face the camera straight on, and keep the same distance each time.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime through the app Settings page or via the Customer Portal. On iOS, you can also manage subscriptions through Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Your premium features stay active until the end of your billing period.

Is my photo stored or shared?

Your privacy is our top priority. Photos are processed in real-time by our AI and are never shared with third parties. You can delete all your data at any time from account settings.

The app is crashing or not loading — what do I do?

Try closing and reopening the app, or clearing your browser cache if using the web version. Make sure you have the latest version installed. If the issue persists, contact us at the email below.

Can I get a refund?
